Die Adfinis SyGroup entstand 2011 durch den Zusammenschluss der SyGroup GmbH und Adfinis GmbH. Die in Basel ansässige SyGroup hat sich insbesondere im Projektgeschäft in den Bereichen Planung, Integration und Wartung sowie im Betrieb von Open-Source-Plattformen einen Namen gemacht. Die Stärken der Berner Adfinis liegen vor allem im Bereich der Software-Entwicklung und Cloud-Lösungen.
