Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0 wird von vielen Partnern unterstützt

„Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0 ist ab sofort verfügbar und wird durch ein umfangreiches Ecosystem von ISV-Partnern unterstützt, deren Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Red Hat zertifiziert wurden“, sagt Navin Thadani, Senior Director Virtualization Business bei Red Hat. „Zusammen mit führenden Unternehmen aus vielen Produktbereichen, angefangen von Advanced Management über Security bis zu Backup, Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Capacity sowie Performance Management und Monitoring, haben wir das Einsatzspektrum und die Kompatibilität von Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0 ausgebaut. Auf dieser Basis bieten wir auch einen gemeinsamen Support für zertifizierte Produkte.”

Auf dem ab sofort verfügbaren Red Hat Market Place (http://marketplace.redhat.com/rhev) können ISV-Virtualisierungspartner Informationen zu ihren Produkten und Lösungen veröffentlichen. Der Market Place bietet ein Forum für Kooperation, Dokumentationen wie Datenblätter und Lösungsleitfäden sowie Testversionen von Produkten und zertifizierten Applikationen. Interessenten können rasch und problemlos auf dem Red Hat Market Place die zertifizierten Produkte zusammen mit einer Testversion von Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization auswählen und downloaden.

Darüber hinaus ist jetzt ein neues Gütesiegel namens „Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization-certified“ für Anwendungen verfügbar, die über eine spezielle API vollständig in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization integriert sind. Dafür müssen die Produkte und Lösungen einen anspruchsvollen Zertifizierungsprozess durchlaufen. Alle auf dem Red Hat Market Place verzeichneten Applikationen sind „Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization-certified“.
