Führungswechsel bei Veridos: Bernd Kümmerle übernimmt ab 1. Juli als CEO
Die Veridos GmbH, ein Joint Venture des SecurityTech-Konzerns Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) und der Bundesdruckerei-Gruppe, verkündete heute einen personellen Wechsel in der Geschäftsführung. Nach mehr als drei Jahren an der Spitze von Veridos wird Marc-Julian Siewert das Unternehmen Ende Juni verlassen und eine neue Rolle innerhalb der G+D Group übernehmen. Seine Nachfolge als CEO von Veridos tritt zum 1. Juli 2025 Bernd Kümmerle an.

Change of leadership at Veridos: Bernd Kümmerle takes over as CEO on July 1
Veridos GmbH, a joint venture of the SecurityTech Group Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) and the Bundesdruckerei Group, today announced a change in the management board. After more than three years at the helm of Veridos, Marc-Julian Siewert will leave the company at the end of June to take on a new role within the G+D Group. He will be succeeded as CEO of Veridos by Bernd Kümmerle on July 1, 2025.
