Munich, June 12, 2023 – Only around five percent of all companies rated on kununu qualify as a “Top Company”. The Munich-based communications agency PR-COM has now received this award.

Germans work around 40 years from the time they start their careers until they retire. A long time – too long to be unhappy in everyday working life. The independent rating platform kununu is the go-to platform for job applicants to find out about the employer quality of companies: it evaluates the judgments of current and former employees in numerous categories, creates a ranking and awards the “Top Company” seal to the best companies.

The Munich-based communications agency PR-COM has now received this award from kununu, for which only five percent of all companies on the rating portal qualify. It is the deserved consequence of an ongoing development to which the agency has committed itself.

For the employees, the benefits of this development can be felt on a daily basis in the form of unlimited vacation, trust-based working hours and the option of working permanently in a home office, among other things. In addition to the great trust among each other and the excellent working atmosphere, economic security is another part of PR-COM’s success.
