Founded in 1990, PR-COM is a consulting agency for strategic corporate communications in Munich that specializes in high-tech markets. Our expertise includes PR, social media, marketing communication, content creation, corporate positioning and coaching. The account management teams as well as our social media competence team are experts in excellent and competent advice, strategy and its implementation. The in-house editorial team with many years of journalistic experience and our graphic designers create high-quality content for all channels. With 45 employees, PR-COM passionately serves a wide range of customers, including numerous global leaders such as Dell, Giesecke+Devrient, NTT, Red Hat and Toshiba. My strengths? After more than 30 years of PR-COM definitely perseverance, but also creativity and analysis. And if precision is a strength, then surely precision is too. My passion: wanting to understand things and getting to the bottom of problems. Incidentally, I like to stick with Thomas Watson and his famous "Think", the essence of the PR-COM slogan "We go the extra thinking mile".
The qualities that best describe me are team spirit, speed, reliability and calm, even when things get hectic. No matter how important professionalism is, you also need a portion of emotionality for success: "Pure reason must never win." (Dirk von Lowtzow)
Team spirit, loyalty and organizational skills characterize me. A sentence from the Dalai Lama has accompanied me through my life for several years: "Once a year you should visit a place where you have never been". I try to live up to that motto and there are beautiful places to see all over the world!
My working style and attitude are characterized by persistence, a high work pace, ambition, but also team spirit. What describes me very well is a quote from Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach: "When curiosity is directed towards serious things, then it is called a thirst for knowledge."
I'm an ambitious planning fairy and I love it when things work out. I am characterized by a good dose of curiosity and humor, which is spiced up with a penchant for science fiction and refined with fun at work. In addition, I have the attitude that visions are there to pursue and realize. Therefore think far and wide - because the head is round in order to be direction-free.
I approach things analytically and implement projects with conceptual thinking and a sense of the complex whole. Other ingredients for success are a solution-oriented organizational talent and team play with a pinch of humor. My attitude is, "Time is too valuable to waste on the wrong things." (Heinz Rühmann)
"Faster, higher, stronger - together" - I take the motto of the Olympic Games directly from sports into my work. I like to go the so-called "extra mile" for my customers with structure, creativity and enthusiasm. A good and encouraging one Cooperation is the focus of my actions.
"Where there is a will, there's a way!" The saying goes right to the point: Because a fast work pace and ambition characterize me and my work. I'm not afraid to take on new challenges and I like to bring structure to my everyday work - which is why I love to-do lists.
It has always helped me in life that I am willing to question everything – including my own opinion. This is the only way to learn, remain flexible and open to anything new or unknown. That's why I can only agree with Erich Kästner: "You can stand by a point of view, but you shouldn't sit on it."
What defines me? Certainly my precise and organized way of working, my to-do lists as well as my helpfulness and open-minded nature - you are strongest in a team. I'm enthusiastic about new topics, extensive research and I keep discovering connections that fit together like pieces of a puzzle. Of course, a healthy dose of humor should not be neglected at work either, because having fun is essential.
Nothing beats teamwork and a sense of responsibility at work. Together you can get everything done, especially if you approach the matter with humor and pragmatism. But the most important thing is: If you tackle something, then do it properly. Incidentally, Doc Brown already knew that: "Your future is whatever you make it, so make it a good one." (Back to the Future III)
With my organizational skills, my structured way of working and my friendly and open-minded nature, I always try to meet the customer's needs and achieve the best result for them. "You never notice what has already been done, you only ever see what remains to be done." (Marie Curie)
My openness and curiosity are bridge builders to people and topics. My creativity and unconventional thinking allow me to recognize patterns and find ways everywhere. “I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best" (Oscar Wilde). This claim is the source of my motivation and my ambition.
To look at things analytically and rationally, to deal with new, unknown facts and to immerse myself in them is one of my strengths. It is just as important to me to use what I have learned and to apply it in other contexts. Otherwise, especially in my work, I think like a quote from Sinatra: "I believe that my greatest ambition in life is to pass on what I know to others."
What is the best way to describe me? Prudence, (reliability) reliability, passion and refinement. With all your striving, you sometimes lose sight of the fact that it's often the little things that count: "Simplicity is the highest level of perfection." (Leonardo da Vinci)
For my work as a graphic designer, I particularly need creativity and composure. It is also important to me that I am always open to new things and sharpen my eye for the subtle differences that matter. A little creative chaos can also be inspiring. Albert Einstein said, "If a messy desk represents a messy mind, what does an empty desk say about the person using it."
My strengths are definitely a critical-analytical ability to think as well as a high level of methodical and professional competence. The trick is to play to your strengths despite the rules and regulations. "Man is born free, and everywhere he lies in chains." (Jean Jacques Rousseau)
