Red Hat erweitert Marktzugang für sein Storage-Portfolio

Red Hat, der weltweit führende Anbieter von Open-Source-Lösungen, stellt künftig sein offenes Software-defined-Storage-Portfolio seinen Partnern zur Verfügung. So werden Red Hat Ceph Storage und Red Hat Gluster Storage Bestandteile der Programme Red Hat Connect for Business Partners und Red Hat Embedded Partner sowie 2016 auch für Red Hat Certified Cloud und Service Provider erhältlich sein. Partnern von Red Hat eröffnen sich damit neue Geschäftschancen im Umfeld heutiger und künftiger Storage-Workloads auf Unternehmensseite.

Sowohl Red Hat Gluster Storage als auch Red Hat Ceph Storage sind Open-Source-basierte Software-defined-Storage-Lösungen für Scale-Out-Speichersysteme, die auf Standard-Hardware ablauffähig sind und stabile, programmierbare Architekturen bieten. Die Lösungen sind für unterschiedliche Enterprise-Workloads konzipiert. Unternehmen können beim Erwerb und bei der Implementierung der Storage-Lösungen von Red Hat mit verschiedenen Partnern zusammenarbeiten.

  • Red Hat Connect for Business Partners

    Neben Red Hat Gluster Storage ist ab sofort Red Hat Ceph Storage im Rahmen des Programms Red Hat Connect for Business Partners verfügbar. Red Hat Advanced und Premier Partner, die die Schulungsanforderungen ihres regionalen Partnerprogramms über das Red Hat Online Partner Enablement Network (OPEN) erfüllen, sind zum Vertrieb der Storage-Lösungen von Red Hat autorisiert. Reseller profitieren von wettbewerbsfähigen, flexiblen Preismodellen, die ihnen zusätzliche Umsatzchancen eröffnen.
     

  • Red Hat Embedded Partner

    Subskriptionen von Red Hat Ceph Storage und Red Hat Gluster Storage werden für Partner voraussichtlich Ende 2015 über das Red Hat Embedded Program verfügbar sein. Partner können damit umfassende Storage-Angebote auf Basis der Technologien von Red Hat schneller und effizienter bereitstellen.
     

  • Red Hat Certified Cloud und Service Provider

    Red Hat Ceph Storage und Red Hat Gluster Storage werden für Red Hat Certified Cloud und Service Provider 2016 verfügbar sein. Auf Trainings-, Zertifizierungs-, Marketing- und Vertriebsprogramme sowie technische Unterlagen für die Storage-Lösungen von Red Hat werden zertifizierte Partner über das Portal Red Hat Connect for Business Partners zugreifen können.
