G+D Ventures and Rabo Investments co-lead the €6.5 million seed round of crypto compliance expert CENSE
CENSE, the provider of a crypto compliance and evidence platform for financial institutions, has secured G+D Ventures as one of the lead investors in its €6.5 million seed round. Alongside G+D Ventures, Rabo Investments co-led the financing round. Several angel investors also participated significantly. The platform helps banks and financial institutions gain visibility into customers’ digital asset activity and provides the infrastructure to assess, document, and manage these activities at scale while meeting increasing regulatory requirements. With the new funding, CENSE plans to accelerate the expansion of their activities across Europe.

Wechsel im Vorstand der G+D Stiftung: Valerian Kemkes folgt auf Celia von Mitschke-Colland
Im Vorstand der G+D Stiftung gibt es einen personellen Wechsel: Nachdem Celia von Mitschke-Collande über fünf Jahre den Transformationsprozess der Stiftung mitgeprägt hat, übergibt sie nun das Amt an ihren Nachfolger Valerian Kemkes, Head of Corporate Finance & Insurance bei G+D. Er übernimmt die Aufgabe ehrenamtlich zusätzlich zu seinen Tätigkeiten bei G+D. Mit dem Wechsel setzt die Stiftung ihren strategischen Entwicklungsweg fort und stärkt zugleich die enge Verbindung zwischen Unternehmensengagement und gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung.
